You'll develop a deeper understanding of:

Technique – Learn how to punch more efficiently to generate greater power, speed, and fluidity. A punch starts from the ground up, we will teach you how to use your whole body to throw a punch vs just working your arms.

Movement – In a fight, standing still and throwing punches will get you knocked out. In a fitness class, it limits your potential for a truly effective workout. As you learn to move, you'll unlock the ability to throw more combinations and challenge yourself in new ways.

Defensive skills – Master techniques like posting, blocking, and weaving. It makes your sessions more engaging and keeps your mind as active as your body.

Any coach can tell you to throw uppercuts until you're gassed out but that gets repetitive fast. Our approach is different: we actually teach you how to box. This keeps you challenged, focused, and improving over time. The better your technique, the more you can do—and the more fun and effective your workouts become.

If you're just looking to plant your feet and smash pads as hard as possible, this probably isn’t for you. That kind of training is not only unproductive, it’s dangerous for both you and your training partner. We believe in reducing the risk of injury while building real skills.
