We're redefining the outdoor bootcamp—no more endless burpees or repetitive bodyweight drills. Getting fit matters, but getting strong matters more. That’s why we’re bringing dumbbells and barbells outside, combining fresh air with real strength training.

Training isn’t about chasing the latest trends or flashy moves—it’s about consistency, smart effort, and focusing on what actually works. Our approach is built on proven training principles, with just enough variety to keep things fun and engaging. Strength

Strength is the foundation for maintaining independence as you age and directly supports your everyday activities. These sessions focus on building overall strength through compound lifts while developing lean muscle to help reduce the risk of injury. You'll also learn proper movement and lifting techniques to ensure safe, effective training.

Fitness

Sweat it out with a full body grind that is all about pushing your limits and increasing overall fitness at your own pace. This session is all about moving, getting your heart rate up, and building endurance in a supportive environment, with options for all fitness levels. Whether you’re just beginning or looking to push yourself further, you'll leave feeling accomplished!

Boxing

Get ready for a fun-filled, action-packed boxing session where you’ll let off steam, move with purpose, and reap the rewards. Designed for all levels, this team training experience brings the energy with combos, drills, and plenty of sweat. Whether you’re brand new or have some rounds under your belt, our coaches will be in your corner to show you the ropes and keep you progressing every step of the way.

Personal Training

Personal training offers a more hands-on, fully guided approach. With all your training personalised to reach your individual goals. 

We will give you the tools, the education & the boxes to tick. We will give you the guidance & support when things aren't aligning. Being able to follow a plan is one thing. Being able to pivot & adapt is what allows you to grow during all stages. That’s the benefit of working 1:1 you’ll received unmatched support and guidance.
