Looking For a Support Worker?
Helping You Get More Out of Everyday Life
Hi, I’m Bec a personal trainer with a background in supporting people of all abilities, and I’m now offering NDIS support work to help people build confidence, life skills, and independence in day-to-day life.

If you (or someone you know) would benefit from having someone reliable and easygoing around to help with things like getting to appointments, shopping, getting out and about socially, or just building better routines – I’d love to help.

I’ve worked with many people living with disabilities through my personal training, and I’ve seen firsthand how powerful it can be to have someone in your corner who understands your goals and genuinely cares. Whether it’s taking small steps or working toward bigger goals – I’m here for it.

Here’s the kind of support I offer:
-
Coming along to appointments or helping you get there on time.
-
Grocery shopping or errands together
-
Social outings like a coffee catch-up, walk, or community event
-
Building confidence with
-
Helping set up simple routines or systems at home
-
Getting out and moving! Whether it’s a walk, a hike, a bit of boxing or a casual weights session, I’m your go-to person for moving more and feeling better in your body.

I'm all about creating a relaxed, supportive space where you're in control and we move at your pace. Some days we might tick off your to-do list, other days it might be more about movement, confidence-building, or simply getting outside.

If this sounds like what you or someone you care for is looking for, feel free to reach out. I’m happy to have a chat and see if we’d be a good fit.
