Training With Us

Train Your Way Whilst Enjoying The Outdoors

We offer flexible and personalised training options for every fitness level and group size. Whether you’re after one-on-one coaching, training with a partner, or looking to jump into a group session, we’ll help you find the right fit. Our goal is to make fitness approachable, enjoyable, and something you actually look forward to no matter your starting point.

We’re currently offering personal training at 4HER Fitness in Berwick (a welcoming, women-only gym) as well as at Fitness Foundry in Ferntree Gully.

 

Prefer to train in your own space? We also provide mobile personal training, where we come to you for private or small group sessions (up to 12 people). Whether you love the energy of a group or the focus of one-on-one coaching, we’ll bring the workout to wherever you feel most comfortable.

 

Our outdoor group sessions are currently on pause but exciting things are on the way! In the meantime, we’re taking enquiries and building our interest list for the next round of outdoor classes. If you’d like to know more or be notified when sessions start back up, get in touch today and register your interest!

Personal Training

Personal training offers a more hands-on, fully guided approach. All of your training sessions will be designed to reach your individual goals. It goes past just “working out” as we work with you to improve the behaviours and habits that are currently impeding your ability to achieve the result you’re after. We will give you the tools, the education, and the boxes to tick. We will give you the guidance and support when things aren't aligning. Being able to follow a plan is one thing. Being able to pivot and adapt is critical to achieving a lasting transformation. 

 

Whether you're looking to stay accountable, boost your motivation, or simply feel stronger and more positive after each session, our approach will help you reach your goals and stay on track. 

TRAIN IN A PRIVATE FEMALE-ONLY SPACE

If regular gyms make you feel a bit out of place (we get it!), 4HER Fitness is the perfect alternative. This female-only gym in Berwick is all about creating a comfortable, supportive space where you can truly feel at ease. Whether you’re brand new to training or ready to take things up a notch, it’s a positive, no-judgment zone where you can focus on getting stronger, feeling confident, and enjoying the process.

Introducing Lift 4Her – Your First Step into Strength Training

New to lifting? Lift 4Her is the perfect place to start. It is a program designed to teach women  how to lift with confidence and ultimately train independently. We’ll teach proper lifting form and technique (squat, deadlift, bench, row, etc.) whilst educating you on training and nutrition. Our ultiumate goal is to help you transition from guided workouts to being able to confidently train by yourself.​

Mobile Personal & Group Training (We Come To You)

Mobile personal training brings the workout to you wherever you are. We can meet you at home and train in your backyard or garage or at a nearby park.

 

There’s no need for a gym membership or your own equipment. We arrive with everything needed for an effective workout in the comfort and convenience of your own space. Whether you're a beginner looking to build a foundation, someone getting back on track, or an athlete training for a goal, mobile personal training offers flexible, expert-led training on your terms.

1:1 Personal Training

1-on-1

Just you and your trainer, working together to crush your goals. Every session is tailored to your fitness level, lifestyle, and needs. It’s all about building strength, confidence, and consistency at your pace.

2:1 Personal Training

2-on-1

Bring a friend, partner or family member and train together with personalised coaching for both of you. You’ll get individual attention and the fun of working out side-by-side, perfect for staying motivated and making progress together.

Small Group

Personal Training

(3-5 people)

Got a crew that wants to train together? This one’s for you. Gather your mates and enjoy small group sessions that combine personalised attention with group energy. We tailor the workouts to suit your group, so everyone gets challenged and supported and has a good time doing it.

Private Group Training 

(6-12 people)

Bring the whole gang! Whether it’s friends, teammates, coworkers or a social group.  We design each session to work for a mix of fitness levels, with your choice of training style (strength, boxing, fitness or hybrid). Perfect for those who thrive on camaraderie or a bit of friendly competition.
