Service Description
Lift 4Her is a guided strength training course designed specifically for women who want to feel strong, confident, and capable in the gym. Whether you’ve never touched a barbell or just want to improve your form and build independence, this course will give you the skills and knowledge to train safely and effectively for life.
Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling - Rescheduling requests must be made with a minimum of 12 hours’ notice. - You are able to reschedule your sessions online up to 12 hours prior to your session. Cancellations - If you have a session booked in and have to cancel for any reason, it must be done 24 hours before the session’s commencement time. - Cancellations through our website can only be completed 24 hours prior to the start time. Any requests after this must be made with us directly. - Failure to provide appropriate notice will result in forfeiture of the session and no refund or rescheduling option will be provided. - In cases of emergency or unforeseen circumstances, exceptions may be made at our discretion. This may include illness, injury, or other valid reasons.
